The Cooperative currently has two very nice units that are for sale. One is unoccupied and immediately available. Please click on the link for each unit to find a description of the unit. It includes the price and the monthly maintenance fee. Various size units do become available from time to time and, for that reason, the Cooperative maintains a wait list for those that want a larger unit or a specific floor plan. For $300.00 one can belong. The amount is fully refundable at any time. Those that join always remain in their position on the list if a unit becomes available for sale but does not meet their requirements.
