The proceed from this event go to various charities.

On January 19, 2026 the Cooperative began the use of its new website hosted by EasyHOA. EasyHOA is a comprehensive Homeowners Association website. It provides abilities not present on the old site. For an explanation of what it is able to do visit EasyHOA.

Work has begun to replace the cooperatives initial website with EasyHOA software. Work began 12-30-2025. More updates will follow about when members will be able to use it.
