The Cooperative offers 10 different floor plans ranging in size from 1,106 square feet to 1,427 square feet. All units have two bedrooms and two bathrooms with laundry and some with a den. The open living area has space for the kitchen, the dining area, and the living room. Ceilings are ten feet in height and third floor open areas have a vaulted ceiling.
