Answer

*No. There are no transfer fees due by the current homeowner/seller.

*Yes. There is a Reinvestment fee due by the new buyer of $200 to be paid at closing and checks are made payable to Woodcove HOA. Additionally, should the current seller of their home within the Woodcove Park Subdivision have a credit balance of HOA dues, the credit balance is not refunded by the HOA to the seller. The credit balance is transferred to the new homeowner and a credit should be issued to the seller at the time of settlement.

*Send a signed Authorization to Release information from the seller to info@woodcovehoa.com and include the name and address of the seller.

*Monthly dues are $56.03 every first of each month thru 09/2026 . There is a discount if you prepay the HOA dues annual amount. The homeowner will receive a 1 month HOA dues credit in November once the annual payment is received by 10/31/25. (Annual payments are only offered during the month of October).

*The HOA amenities include 4 parks, 3 of which also have playground equipment. The monthly HOA fees paid by the homeowners of Woodcove Park subdivision HOA cover the maintenance of those parks (common area) and the reserve account.

*Upon closing, please have the new homeowners fill out the New Homeowner form under the Documents tab.

*The answer is no to both questions.
