Woodcove Officers
Duties of the President
The President will preside at the quarterly meeting of the Board of Directors and at the annual meeting of the Members of the association. The position invites those with leadership skills to help guide the Woodcove Park community into the next year. The President's duties include organizing and preparing the agenda for quarterly HOA board member meetings, finding and negotiating contractors for the parks' maintenance, identifying and coordinating maintenance of the parks and leading the board through the various goals set by the members, The time commitment for this position equates to about 30 volunteer hours per year.
Duties of the Vice-President
The Vice-President would act in place of the President in the event of the President's absence. The VP would work in concert with the President and in cooperation with the other board members in achieving the community goals. The time commitment for this position equates to about 10 volunteer hours per year.
Duties of the Secretary
The Secretary records and maintains accurate records of both the board meetings and the general/annual meeting of the Woodcove Homeowner's Association members. The Secretary also provides copies of minutes from meetings, records attendance at meetings, verifies/confirms voting membership/rights & determines if a quorum exists at all meetings. The time commitment for this position equates to about 10-15 volunteer hours per year.
Duties of the Treasurer
The Treasurer duties include reporting the state of the finances of the Association at each meeting of the members and at the quarterly Board meetings. Helping the board to create the annual budget in concert with the President, supervise the bookkeeping service, approval and payment of the Association's bills and maintenance of the bank accounts for the Association. The time commitment for this position equates to about 10-20 volunteer hours per year.
