ABC's duties include:

1. Bookkeeping services and various clerical duties
2. Assist Residents with compliance and violation issues
3. Working with the board on various projects, routine maintenance, and repair items
4. Work with title companies on new sales/refinances
5. Assist Board with collections and liens as needed
6. Field resident calls and questions
7. Rental Property Management (responsibility of the owner. HOA not involved)
