Dear Village II Owner,
Your annual meeting has been scheduled for Saturday, December 20, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Church of Nazarene, 4000 N. Fourth St., Coeur dâ Alene, ID 83815.
If you are a new owner of Village II HOA, Church of the Nazarene is East of Village II HOA. Go to the main entrance. Directly to the left are doors to stairways downstairs, or the elevator is to your right to the basement.
The meeting room is to the left when you come out of the elevator or stairs.
** There needs to be a serious conversation about electing new officers for the board. Dave Raglin and Mark Robitaille are stepping down after serving more than 4 years and can no longer serve on the board of directors as they both work full-time careers and are not retired. ** If we do not get a quorum, then by law, a lawyer will have to take place at a cost to the HOA to be present on the board. The board needs your help. Please consider being on the board.

** We must still have a Membership Quorum, which means, if you cannot attend, you MUST submit a proxy to the ABC Management, so that we may ensure a quorum which would be 25 owners. **

The 2025 Annual Meeting of the Members/Owners is scheduled for December 20, 2025. The deadline for your âProxyâ to be submitted/received is December 15, 2025, if you will âNotâ be in attendance.
If you are unable to attend the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Member/Owners, your completed Proxy will help to ensure a quorum at the meeting. Without a quorum, the Village II HOA would not be able to elect Directors or conduct the business of the HOA as required by our governing documents.
If you are unable to attend the meeting of the Member/Owners, please sign and submit your proxy by December 15, 2025, to establish a quorum of the voting power of the Association to officially conduct business at the Annual Meeting of the Member/Owners.

We are just having an open HOA Come and Talk Meeting on August 16, 2025 @ 900AM in the greenbelt area.
We really need you all to be a part of the discussion and understand what is going on within the HOA.These informal get-togethers are only about information, NOT VOTING. We are simply presenting information that you need to hear regarding our present outlook on the HOA.
