As in many Anacortes neighborhoods, electric scooters, bicycles and e-motorcycles are now a common sight in Rock Ridge.

The City recently adopted new rules on these personal transportation devices. Most notably, riders under 16 may not ride an e-motorcycle and those over 16 must be licensed with motorcycle endorsement. The Anacortes Police is issuing fines and may hold parents responsible for violations committed by their minor children.

Rock Ridge Community Association has chosen to adopt Easy HOA for improved data management around the association membership and the lots/properties, but also to extend new online capabilities to owners, such as online payments, online voting, and generally a more centralized platform for managing data around the association's needs.

The board is very excited to have these improved capabiltiies, but are also interested in using these new tools to keep track of which owners still want paper notices or paper billing, so that the board can most easily serve the various needs of all owners.
