POA Annual Dues

Just a friendly reminder that our system will be sending out invoices in January for POA Annual Dues.POA Annual Dues are due by the end of January. After that the system will be charging a late fee of $25.00 on past due accounts.

Gate Construction on Private Road 4211

Construction started Last Week.

Gate Construction on Private Road 4211

We are moving forward with getting an automatic gate at the entrance to Mulberry Creek @ Private Road 4211. Construction will begin within 2-3 weeks. Project details:

Gate & controller
Exit probe
Keypad & Stand
Solar Panel & Battery
Hook up for future electric connection
4 x 3 x 7' tall pillar like Rio Escondido (Using a big pipe inside of the masonry, work to hold the gates and hang the gates)
Take out the cattleguard, fill in with basement material

Lots that access Private Road 4211 will recieve at gate code.

Remote Clicker are not included. Owner can purchase for $50 each or use a compatible liftmaster brand remote

Hamilton County and Wildlife Exemption

Today we got a packet of paperwork from the Hamilton County Central Appraisal District. They appear to have lost our plans for our property wildlife exemption. We are working on getting the paperwork resolved so you don't have to submit a new plan. You STILL have to submit the annual report stating what you've done to your property to encourage wildlife. We will send another update once this has been handled, with whatever outcome there is. But for now, we recommend just hanging on to the paperwork. We should have an update soon.
