The Holidays are right around the corner!
The BOD will be decorating the community street signs to bring some holiday cheer.
If you’d like to volunteer and help decorate, we’d love your participation.

Ugly Sweater Contest
Show off your worst holiday fashion — the ugliest sweater wins a prize.
This contest is limited to adults, though children are welcome to wear their festive sweaters if they’d like.
Meal & Contest Time
5:00–6:00 PM
Cookies with Santa
6:00–7:00 PM
There will be photo opportunities and cookies with Santa for all to enjoy.
You’re welcome to come just for dinner or stay for the full evening — everyone is welcome.

Pick up FOB for Pool Access
Pool FOB Access will be available
for distribution at the Clubhouse
during both community clean up days on April 12th & May 3rd at 10am.
If you have not yet completed the directory update form, please take a moment to do so.
This ensures you receive standard community digital communications
and allows for the assignment of your pool FOB.
Please note: Pool FOBs cannot be issued without a completed directory form.
Assistance with completing the form will be available to residents on
April 12th and May 3rd during Beautification Projects.

October FUN is Here! 🎃
EASTMAN CREEK LANDING celebrates the October season with fun autmun decor, the neighborhood tradition of BOO 👻 BASKETS and culminating in TRICK OR TREATING on Halloween night on FRIDAY, October 31, 2025.

Most folks are ready to start giving out candy around 5pm. That's usually when the little kiddos are out and about. If you would like trick-or-treaters to come to your door, leave your lights on. If you would prefer them not to, just keep your front lights off. We usually end the evening between 8 and 9 PM. Or when the candy runs out! We encourage everyone to be safe and to help to make this a fun and wholesome evening for everyone.
BOO BASKETS
The booing has begun—time for some fun!
No tricks, just treats.
Come join in!
Boo baskets have officially started arriving on doorsteps.
This is a neighborhood tradition where a BOO 👻 Basket is created with Halloween 🎃 treats (pencils, gadgets, candy, cups, window decor etc.)
It makes it easier for the person receiving the basket to already have the printed BOO 👻 SIGN and instructions in the basket. You can make as many as you like. Most folks do 2.
✨Check your email for a printable BOO 👻 SIGN AND FLYER. ✨
Each basket is carefully placed on the doorstep of a neighbor who does NOT have a BOO SIGN POSTED IN THEIR WINDOW OR ON DOOR.
The person receiving the basket pays it forward.
