President:

Ray Doan

Ray has been a senior resident of Wynbrook for over 30 years and is the board president. He is dedicated to enhancing community engagement and maintaining the beauty of our neighborhood.

 

Vice President:

Steven Thompson

Steven, our vice president, has been a senior resident of Wynbrook for over 30 years and focuses on community safety and infrastructure improvements. He's passionate about creating a secure environment for all residents.

 

Treasurer:

Jody Davis

As treasurer, Jody oversees the HOA's finances, ensuring transparency and fiscal responsibility. She's an advocate for sustainable projects that benefit the entire community.

 

Secretary:

Nina Woodham

Nina records all board meetings and communicates with the board and Wynbrook residents. She ensures everyone is informed about upcoming events and decisions.

 

 

Committee Chairs

 

Property Manager: Heath Judeh

Heath leads the Landscaping Committee, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the green spaces within our community. His passion for gardening shines through in our beautiful parks and common areas.

 

Architectural Committee Chair: Todd McCallister

Todd ensures that all changes adhere to the established design standards and guidelines, effectively balancing individual creativity with the community's overall aesthetic vision.

 

Social Committee Chair: Open
