Pets are like family and when they have to go, they have to go. The difference between pets and humans is that pets are not able to pick up after themselves. Please be responsible and pick up after them when they do their "business".

When the weather consistently warms up this Spring, major pothole repairs are coming. These will happen mainly in the single-unit condo area (1700's) and near the main entrance to the condo association. These repairs will involve cutting out sections of the asphalt and repaving. On some of the holes, the will be completely digging them out and replacing that section. The repair work should not cause any disruptions to traffic or create any inconvenience. We anticipate that this will happen by mid-May at the latest.

New roofing is on its way. By the end of October, installers will be removing and replacing the roofs on the single-story condos (1700 units) along with the "breezeway" that covers the space between the condos and the "stand-alone" garages. Those garages will have their shingles replaced next year. At the same time, we will also be repairing the leaky garages on the two-story units (1600s). Those repairs will fix the leaks where the garage attaches to the condo just below the bedroom wall that is just above the garage roof. The contractors will be giving us 3-days notice prior to the start of the job. You will be notified after that notification.

Please join us for a neighborhood get-together prior to our annual Association-wide meeting. Bring finger foods/snacks to pass and your own drinks and a chair. HOA board meeting times will also be posted on the Winter Creek Neighbors page, as well as any HOA procedures/bylaws as needed.

The sealcoating of the driveways and parking lots is finished and the HOA would like to thank you for your cooperation while we did this necessary maintenance.

Starting Saturday, June 10 (and working on Monday, June 12 and Wednesday, June 14) sealcoating of the asphalt will done in phases in 3 separate "color" zones. Weather cooperating, all work should be completed by Thursday afternoon. Residents will be provided a "map" and instructions that will outline procedures to allow this work to be completed with minimal disruptions. Your cooperation is necessary and helpful to ensure quality work and give you access to your residence and car prevent issues with this sealcoating maintenance.

A vendor has been selected and the project of filling in potholes will start soon (by mid-May). That process should be completed in one day. Approximately 3-6 weeks later (when weather is consistently warmer), all of the driveways and parking areas will be sealcoated to extend the life of the existing asphalt. That work will be done in sections and will temporarily disrupt parking in those sections. A schedule of disruptions (where you may have to park in designated areas) will be supplied to you.

WCCA is in the process of starting pothole repairs on the road and parking lot areas.

Garbage pick-up will be on Mondays, except when a Holiday falls on a Monday. Then, pick-up will be on Tuesdays of those weeks. For 2023, those Monday pick-ups that fall on Holiday dates are: • Memorial Day, May 29 • Labor Day, September 4 • Christmas, December 25
