Sentinel West and Wyckford Subdivisions are two residential communities located off Cheatham Hill Road in Marietta, Georgia. These neighborhoods share the same amenities and are governed by a single board of directors. Both subdivisions are situated in the midst of the Kennesaw Mountain Batterfield Park, a protected area known for its hiking trails and historical significance. In fact, the subdivisions are surrounded by a network of trails, including one that leads to the Illinois Monument at Cheatham Hill. The nearby Ward Creek also adds to the natural beauty of the area, flowing through the park and between the two subdivisions.

In addition to the beauty of the outdoors, Sentinel West and Wyckford Subdivisions offer a range of conveniences for residents. Within a short drive, residents can find a variety of grocery stores, such as Publix and Kroger, numerous restaurants, and the Stratton Branch of the Cobb County Public Library. The neighborhoods are also located near Lockheed and Dobbins Air Reserve Base and only 10 minutes from Marietta Square. The subdivisions are serviced by three top-rated schools: Cheatham Hill Elementary School, Lovinggood Middle School, and Hillgrove High School. Within the subdivisions themselves, residents can enjoy a large swimming pool, a playground area, two tennis courts which are also stripped for pickleball, and a clubhouse. In total, the two subdivisions are home to 125 residences.
