The annual Rogersshire Homeowners Association (RHOA) meeting will be held at the Franklin Recreation Center, located at 1120 Hillsboro Road, on February 21, 2026. The meeting will commence at 11:30 AM and conclude at 1:30 PM in the Multi-Purpose Room.

The minutes from the 2025 meeting are attached for your reference. The agenda for the 2026 meeting will be distributed a few weeks prior to the event.
