The annual Rogersshire Homeowners Association (RHOA) meeting will be held at the Franklin Recreation Center, located at 1120 Hillsboro Road, on February 21, 2026. The meeting will commence at 11:30 AM and conclude at 1:00 PM in the Multi-Purpose Room.
