How we started....

Paradise Bay POA was established in 1966 by Red Sails Estates. Paradise Bay is within the city limits of Tool, Texas and follows city building and property maintenance codes.

Membership

Members enjoy low annual dues starting at $60 and are mandatory with property ownership.

Get Involved!

Board meetings are held monthly on the 3rd Tuesday and are open to all members. Meeting location is announced on the Member Messages page along with announcements of special meetings and/or changes of time of meeting.

The Annual Meeting is held in October. The annual election of officers and board directors as well as adoption of the yearly budget occurs at this meeting.
