What’s The Commitment?

1. Quarterly Board Meetings (1-1.5 hours, 4x/year)
2. Annual HOA Meeting (1-2 hours, 1x/year, including prep time)
3. EasyHOA System Maintenance (1-3 hours per month assigned, currently managed on a rotating monthly basis 4x/year)
4. ARB Walk-through (1-2 hours, 1x/year)
5. Additional Communication & Community Engagement (varies)
