What are the fence requirements?

Per Newport Vista Covenants dated 2/23/24 Article VIII, Section 1(t)

No fence or wall may be installed without the prior written approval of the Declarant or Plan Reviewer. Fences and walls shall not extend beyond the front line of the main residential dwelling on a Lot and shall be maintained in a structurally sound and attractive manner. In all events, installed fences and walls must comply with applicable set back, height and other fence requirements imposed by the Bennington, Nebraska Zoning Subdivision and Building Ordinances. All fences shall be decorative black steel or powder coated aluminum and shall be six feet in height. There shall be no chain link, wire fences, privacy fences, or any material attached to a fence to provide screening.

On corner lots, 6' high fence segments adjacent to a street side yard may be authorized to be placed at a distance of 15' from a street side yard property boundary. A special fence permit shall be applied for and obtained through the City of Bennington. Review and approval of such request by a designated city official will verify compliance with public safety for pedestrians & vehicular traffic, and shall not adversely impact other adjoining properties.

Who is the trash service provider for Newport Vista?

Starting May 1, 2025, the HOA has contracted Abe's trash service for the whole neighborhood. All residents must contact Abe's to begin service. Trash fees are paid in full to the HOA through your EasyHOA account.

Trash and recycling are weekly pick up on Monday.

Yes, each household is limited to 3 dogs to match City of Bennington regulations.
