The HOA Annual Membership Meeting at *Leesville Lake Marina was a great success. Thank you to the board for their careful planning and to all the property owners who attended to show support for our community. Meeting minutes will be posted for member review as soon as they are formally approved.

During the meeting, elections were held for the open board seats. Congratulations to our newly elected board members:

President: Charlie Hamilton

Vice President: Melissa Croteau

Director: Jay Dunning

Continuing Board Members: Mary Loiselle continues in her role as Secretary, and Lou Giangi continues as Treasurer until January 1, 2027. Bill Marshall and Anne Waterman also continue in their current roles as Directors.

Upcoming Treasurer Vacancy: A new Treasurer will be nominated and approved to take over on January 1, 2027. If you are a prperty owner and are interested in serving our community in this role, please submit an inquiry via this Contact Us link here or on our homepage.

Thursday 23 April 0930 - Marina Drive Clean Up

Our next Marina Drive Clean Up Day is going to be Thursday April 23. Please meet at the boat storage yard at 9:30 AM.Wear your orange vest, if you have one - I will have a few extras. Also wear gloves and spray with insect repellant. I will pass out the orange bags to participants. Thank you all who have helped over the many years. This is a wonderful community service project. Committee Volunteers Needed

Heron Landing HOA Board has established some new standing Committees to facilitate neighborhood

engagement and sense of Community ownership.

In addition to the current committees:

a) Architectural Review Committee (ARC) (Charlie Hamilton, Dave Waterman, Bill Croteau)

b) Welcome Committee (Anne Waterman, Debbie Hamilton, plus 1 volunteer spot available)

c) Marina Drive Clean Up Committee (Debbie Hamilton, Bill Marshall, Doug Gates)

The new committees are:

1.) Finance Committee (Mary Loiselle, Dave Rives, Lou Giangi)

2.) Legal/Regulatory Compliance Committee (Melissa Croteau. Bill Marshall, plus 1 volunteer spot available)

3.) Landscape Committee (interfaces with Lawn Mowing team, keeps public area utility box shrubs trimmed, manages planting with neighborhood sign and roadside island beds) 3 - 5 volunteer spots available.
