How To Submit a Design Request
  1. Determine if your project needs to be approved by the Design Committee. Projects that require approval, per our CC&Rs are:
    1. Planting of new trees and bushes (NOT flowers, since most flowers do not grow as large as trees and bushes, they do not need approval, so long as they are being planted in already existing garden beds)
    2. Any changes or additions to the front yard, i.e., new garden beds, new flag poles, changes to the home exterior or any other structural changes to the front yard
    3. Any structures that are over 6 feet tall in the back yard, i.e., sheds, playgrounds, pergolas, etc.
  2. Log in to your EasyHOA owner portal (if you do not have this set up, please email us at heritagefarmshoa@easyhoa.website)
  3. On the left-hand side, click on ? Requests, here you can create a new request for your design
  4. Please attach a drawing of what you want to change/add. It does not need to be to scale, but it does need to give us an idea of where it is in relation to your home and property lines/the sidewalk
  5. Wait until you receive an email with approval to begin the project.
  6. Email us if you have any issues submitting a request, or questions about whether your project requires approval

Updates to warning and fines

Dear Neighbors,

We hope this message finds you well and enjoying the summer season.

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain a beautiful, respectful, and safe neighborhood for all, the Board has reviewed the current enforcement procedures for violations of our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). After much discussion and community feedback, we have decided to update our fine structure to help address recurring violations.

Our goal is to encourage compliance in a fair and consistent manner. Weve noticed that some individuals have repeatedly disregarded the CC&Rs, and the current policies have not been effective in promoting long-term adherence. These new changes are intended to support our shared standards and improve overall community well-being.

Effective immediately, the updated warning and fine structure for repeated violations of the same CC&R is as follows:

  • 1st Violation Friendly Warning
  • 2nd Violation $25 Fine
  • 3rd Violation $35 Fine
  • 4th Violation $65 Fine
  • 5th Violation (and beyond) $100 Fine per occurrence

These fines will reset after 12 months of no further violations of the same type. We hope this approach reinforces a fair and consistent process while giving every homeowner the opportunity to correct issues before financial penalties are applied.

This change was presented and approved by the Board and members of the community during our last HOA meeting held on July 17th, 2025.

We deeply appreciate your cooperation and commitment to making our neighborhood the best it can be. If you have any questions about these changes or need clarification on any CC&R-related matters, please dont hesitate to reach out via email.
