This new website is made possible by a new property management system setup by your condo board which enables online dues payments, document archival, email & text communications with homeowners, and this website. This condo website will have condo specific news on it, for new on the full community, please visit the HBM Community website: https://halfmoonbaycommunity.com/.

Accounts for all condo owners have been created within both websites so selecting the "Owner Login" page on either site will allow you to login and then select if you'd like to view the Community or Condo association dues & documents.

If this is your first time logging in, please put your email address you have on file with the office and you will be prompted to setup a password. If there are multiple owners with email's on file they will all have accounts setup.

While the Google site will be redirected here, we will continue to have the Facebook group as a way for the entire community to post, share photos, and comment on the happenings within the community.

We hope you like the changes and as always we're open to your feedback, sincerly,

Your HMB Condo Board of Directors
