2nd Quarter -- HOA Meeting
General meeting offered Quarterly by the HOA board to meet with homeowners and residents. (Renters are invited to share experiances and bring up concerns for the neighborhood, but are non-voting members).
Expect meeting to last no more than 1 hour for official business, the HOA President does remain behind to assist in questions and can also help with logging in to the EasyHOA site.

Sync HOA calendar
Use this address in your calendar app as a subscribed calendar (iCalendar / .ics feed). Most apps call it “Subscribe” or “From URL”—paste the same link Google or Apple asks for.
Google Calendar
- Open Google Calendar in a browser.
- Next to Other calendars, open the plus (+) menu and choose From URL.
- Paste the link above and add the calendar. Updates sync automatically on a schedule.
Apple Calendar
- Mac: In Calendar, choose File → New Calendar Subscription…, paste the link, then click Subscribe.
- iPhone / iPad: Open Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar, then paste the link.
Note: Calendar subscriptions are typically read-only and may take some time to refresh depending on the calendar app (Usually every 8-12 hours).
