Horseman's Ranch is a premiere equine Neighborhood with amenities for any level of horseman.
Horseman's Ranch is in Whitesboro Texas - about an hour or so north of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The community is located just north of Callisburg, TX only 20 minutes from Gainesville and Whitesboro, TX, and only 35 minutes away from Sherman, TX
Our community has 48 lots - each about 5 or 10 acres in size. Some are wooded with creeks and some are open grazing land.
