Join your neighbors for an afternoon of fun at the pool as we celebrate Independence Day! Bring your own food and drinks, enjoy time with friends and family, and soak up the summer sunshine.

🍦 The HOA Board will be treating residents to an ice cream truck, arriving around 2:00 PM!

End of Summer Pool Party & Outdoor Movie Night!

Join your neighbors for one last summer celebration before the school year gets into full swing! We'll kick off the evening with a pool party at 6:00 PM, followed by a family-friendly outdoor movie beginning around 8:30 PM.

Please sign up to bring a food or drink item to share so we can enjoy a great community potluck together. Don't forget to bring blankets and lawn chairs for the movie!

Join us for a neighborhood garage sale and clear out your unwanted items! At the end of the sale, a donation truck will be available to pick up unsold items, and a dumpster will be on-site for trash and non-donatable items.
