Estoppel Information:

ATTENTION PROPERTY SELLERS!  Your Title Company, Attorney or Realtor MUST request an Estoppel Letter 14 days prior to Closing.

A $250 check must be included with the Estoppel Letter request, payable to ​Country Meadows of Sarasota HOA before it will be processed. Additionally, we must have received a completed sales application and sale application fee before we will process your estoppel request. You can download the Sales Application on the documents page

Governing Documents:

Please review the governing documents to find more detailed information about the Association. This includes our Bylaws and Declarations of Protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.

 

Sales:

To sell your home, a sales application must be completed by the owner and prospective purchaser for review and approval by the Association. 

The sales application also requires a $100 application fee. The fee can be paid online through your portal (if current owner is paying) or the purchases can pay via check, payable to Country Meadows of Sarasota HOA, and mailed to P.O. Box 51754, Sarasota, FL 34232.

Leases:

To lease your home, a lease application must be completed by the owner and prospective tenant for review by the Association and approval must be provided prior to occupancy. Property owners cannot lease until after 18 months of ownership and leases must have at least one year term. 

The lease application also requires a $100 application fee. The fee can be paid online through your portal or paid via check, payable to Country Meadows of Sarasota HOA, and mailed to P.O. Box 51754, Sarasota, FL 34232.

Architectural Review:

Architectural review is required for any change/improvement on the exterior of your home, such as painting, new roof, removing large trees, remodeling and additions, etc. For more information, please refer to our governing docs. 

To submit an Architectural Review request, please go to the Requests tab in your owner dashboard and complete the respective form. If you have any questions or need assistance with your request, please email the Association at countrymeadowssrq@gmail.com.

For your own protection, please make sure you hire reputable, licensed, insured vendors and do not buy materials or sign contracts until the Architectural Committee has approved your application! 

 

Violations/Complaints:
