ATTENTION PROPERTY SELLERS! Your Title Company, Attorney, or Realtor should request an Estoppel Letter at least 14 days prior to Closing. Estoppel requests are processed in accordance with applicable Florida law, including statutory timeframes and fee limitations.


To assist with updating Association records, Owners are encouraged to submit a completed Sale Information Form and copy of the executed sales contract prior to closing. The Sale Information Form is available on the Documents page of the website.

Governing Documents:

Please review the governing documents for detailed information regarding the Association, including the Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, and Rules and Regulations.


Sales:

Owners selling their home should complete the Sale Information Form and provide a copy of the executed sales contract to the Association for records and compliance purposes. The form is available on the Documents page of the website.


Any applicable administrative fees authorized by the governing documents and Florida law may be paid online through the owner portal or via check payable to Country Meadows of Sarasota HOA and mailed to P.O. Box 51754, Sarasota, FL 34232.

Leases:

Owners leasing their home should complete the Lease Registration Form and provide a copy of the executed lease to the Association for records and compliance purposes prior to occupancy. Rentals are subject to the governing documents, including restrictions relating to leasing and minimum lease terms.


Any applicable administrative fees authorized by the governing documents and Florida law may be paid online through the owner portal or via check payable to Country Meadows of Sarasota HOA and mailed to P.O. Box 51754, Sarasota, FL 34232.

Architectural Review:

Architectural Review Committee (ARC) approval is required for exterior changes or improvements requiring ARC approval under the governing documents, including items such as exterior painting, roofing, fences, tree removal, additions, and significant landscaping changes. Please review the governing documents and Rules and Regulations for additional information.


To submit an ARC request, please go to the Requests tab in your owner dashboard and complete the applicable form. If you have any questions or need assistance with your request, please email countrymeadowssrq@gmail.com.


For your protection, please ensure contractors are properly licensed and insured, and do not purchase materials or execute contracts until ARC approval has been received.
