Welcome to Country Meadows of Sarasota Homeowners' Association, Inc

Country Meadows is located in Sarasota, Florida off 17th Street, about two blocks west of Honore Avenue, abutting Chimney Creek and The Meadows. Our Community was established in 1986 and many of our residents have lived in the community since its inception. We have 125 homes with a very active Homeowner's Association to which membership is automatic and required. We boast mature landscaping throughout, with fifty of the homes located on a beautiful lake with an abundance of birds and wildlife. We are close to shopping and schools, with easy access to I-75.

This website has been established for our Country Meadows homeowners, their guests and potential homeowners. You will find meeting dates and current news and events, Board of Directors and committee member info, links for Sales and Rental Applications, links to our Covenants, Bylaws and more.
