HOA Provided Services:

Country Lakes HOA provides the following services as part of residents' dues:

Landscaping
Weekly lawn mowing (normally scheduled for Wednesdays)
Bi-weekly road and driveway edging (normally conducted with lawn mowing)
Residence front bed edging and mulching (conducted in the spring)
Biannual trimming of residences' front bed bushes and shrubs (conducted in the spring and fall)
Tall grass trimming (conducted in the fall)
Tree Trimming
Trimming of residences' front bed trees (conducted in winter)

Note: Maintenance of trees located on residences' front lawns and rear property areas is the responsibility of the homeowner.

Fertilization and Weed Control
Lawn weed and feed (5 times a year)
Grub control (applied in spring)
Surface and insect control (applied twice a year)
Mite insecticide (applied during summer)
Tree treatments
Apple scab treatment
Deep root feeding (conducted in the fall)
Winterization
Pond Maintenance
Yearly lake fountain system maintenance (3 in each of 2 lakes)
Algae, bacteria and pondweed treatment
White Amur stocked for natural algae and vegetation control
Bass and bluegill stocked for catch and release by homeowners and their guests
Spider Control
Home foundations and the bottom of decks are sprayed for spiders (twice a year)
Snow Removal
Roadways (Watercourse Drive & Hedgewood Drive) and driveways are plowed when accumulation reaches 2 inches.
Walkways are shoveled when accumulation reaches 2 inches.
Roadways are salted as necessary (normally done when Montville Township salts Fox Meadow Drive)
