Our annual meeting this year is on Saturday, April 11th at 2pm in Acierto Park. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend. Bring your own chair and meet your neighbors. We would like to get neighborhood watch up and rolling and invite you to join and help in keeping our neighborhood safe. Refreshments will be available.

Ballots:

Running an effective homeowners association takes the work of many. Sure, the board can hold meetings and make decisions, but what really makes an HOA community a great place to live is the involvement of its members. Through committees and volunteers, our neighborhood can build a sense of unity and enjoyment for all.

We will have a ballot on-line in EasyHOA, once posted, login to your Homeowner Account and please vote by April 11. If you would like to volunteer on the HOA board of directors, click on the "Other" Box and write in your name or contact your HOA Board of Directors. Also encourage your neighbors to also write in your name to vote for you. Login to your Homeowner Account and pleae vote by April 11. Paper ballots will be available at the Annual Meeting in Acierto Park on April 11. Thank you for your support.

Christmas Decorating Contest

Every year our neighborhood delights with the sites of holiday lights! Prizes will be awarded on Saturday December 20th!

One of our wonderful homeowners is also collecting food for the food bank in front of their amazing light display at 1740 Calle Del Querido.

As always, your annual assessments must be paid in full and you cannot have any violations pending.
