Churchill Park is a 200‑acre residential neighborhood located in Jenks, Oklahoma, situated between Elm Street and Elwood Avenue near 117th Street South. The community offers a peaceful residential setting with convenient access to Jenks Public Schools, shopping, dining, and local amenities. Residents enjoy easy access to several major retail and entertainment destinations, including Tulsa Premium Outlets in Jenks, Tulsa Hills Shopping Center, and the new IKEA store announced for Tulsa Hills, scheduled to open in 2026. Community History & Development
Development of Churchill Park began in 1998 under the leadership of respected local builders Mark and Mike Sharp, alongside their father, Bob Sharp. The neighborhood was developed in carefully planned phases progressing from east to west, allowing each phase to integrate seamlessly while maintaining consistent design standards and enduring curb appeal.
The four development phases resulted in a total of 600 residential lots:

Entrances & Community Design
Four beautifully landscaped entrances welcome residents and visitors into the community, each enhanced with brick walls and distinctive signage. A perimeter fence constructed with brick columns, brick walls, and cedar pickets provides added privacy while complementing the neighborhood’s classic architectural design.
Homeowners Association
All residents are members of the Churchill Park Homeowners Association (CPHOA), governed by an annually elected Board of Directors. The Association is responsible for maintaining common areas, enforcing community covenants, preserving neighborhood standards, and enhancing both quality of life and property values throughout Churchill Park.
The annual HOA meeting is held each April, as required by the Association bylaws. Homeowners are encouraged to attend and participate, including voting on any proposed changes to dues or assessments.
