Walking Path

We believe that walking is the key to a happier life. It is the easiest and most accessible form of physical activity that can become part of your everyday life. It is free, and no special equipment is needed. Please get you and your family out and meet some new friends. Please help keep Cedar Lakes great and clean up after your pets.

Pond

1.5 Acres of member-owned and maintained fishing pond.

· No swimming or wading in the pond.

· No boats allowed in ponds other than for maintenance.

· Ponds are for the exclusive use of Cedar Lake Estates HOA residents and their guests.

· Guests must be accompanied by an adult Cedar Lake Estates HOA homeowner.

· Please, no littering allowed.

· Rocks are not to be moved, thrown, or removed.

· Please keep the fish you catch. This helps with overcrowding

· No mistreatment, cruelty, or killing of wildlife such as fish, frogs, turtles, geese, and ducks.

· Fireworks may not be discharged from around the pond and not closer than twenty (20) feet from the waters’ edge. All debris from fireworks discharged by homeowners or their guests must be removed within twenty-four (24) hours by the homeowner responsible for such debris.

Playground

· Playground hours are from 7 am – 9 pm

· No littering

· Use of profane language will not be tolerated

· All guests must be accompanied by a Cedar Lake Estates HOA member.

· No smoking or glass in playground/playing areas.

· Clean up after your pets (anywhere in Cedar Lake Estates)
