CAVANAUGH HILLS MISSION STATEMENT

The intent of this committee is not to police, not to peek over fences, and

not to infringe on personal rights. We do however live in a Community with

covenants, and issues are bound to arise. The purpose of the covenants is

to ensure everybody's property values are not affected by one bad house

on the block, and give a means to deal with disputes and problems in the

neighborhood. It is the goal of this committee to help resolve problems

between neighbors, and enforce the rules of the covenants in a reasonable

and logical manner.

We will always encourage neighbors to deal with disputes amongst

themselves, but if an issue arises that can't be dealt with, this committee

will step in and do our best to amicably resolve the situation.

It is this committee's intent to deal with our neighbors on a personal basis

first. We believe that most issues can be resolved with a simple knock on

the door. If however the issue cannot be dealt with verbally, a written notice

of the violation will be sent, and further action will be taken until the issue is

resolved.
