Big Rock is a Firewise Community

Dues:

$500.00 annually.

Title Transfer:

Transfer fees on properties sold: $500.00 plus a $500.00 document fee

Filming:

Permits are required to film in our community: $500 for film shoots, $250 for still shoots

Security:

We have installed a Flock Camera system that records the license plates of vehicles entering and leaving our community.

Waste Management:

Trash and recycling are put out Tuesday and are picked up Wednesday

Please remove trash cans from the street by Wednesday evening.

Board Meetings:

Board Meetings are currently held monthly, on the second Wednesday of the month. Location and zoom link will be announced within 48 hours prior, and the agenda will be posted on the Events page prior to the meeting.
