Aspen Valley Estates

Aspen Valley Estates is a community consisting of 55 privately-owned single-family homes located in north area of Grand Junction.

The neighborhood is slightly elevated, which gives some of the homes nice views of Colorado National Monument, the Bookcliffs or Grand Mesa. Homes in the neighborhood are a mix of ranch-style and two-story, with floor plans ranging from approximately 2,000 to 3,500 square feet. Architectural guidelines include exteriors with stucco, stone, or metal. Front yards are landscaped and side/back yards have tan vinyl perimeter fencing.

The subdivision is just north of G road, with convenient and close access to shopping, dining, major roads and hospitals.

There are two adjacent newer subdivisions, i.e. Aspen Leaf Estates (36 homes) to our west, and Aspen Valley Estates North (26 homes) to our north.
