Under Texas non-profit corporate law (TBOC Section 22.102), the 7H Ranch POA Board of Directors has the authority to amend the by-laws without a membership vote. At the Directors meeting held on December 17th, the Board voted unanimously to adopt a new by-laws amendment.

In September of 2025, the Board engaged attorney Brady E. Ortego of Steptoe & Johnson to draft the amendment. The by-laws updates ensure compliance with current state laws and focus on internal operations, including meetings, elections, and roles.

The new by-laws amendment has been filed with the Comal County Clerk's office and is now available on this website for membership review.
