A few things to know when getting started

SCREEN SIZE NOTE: Depending on the size of your screen, the main menu may not display to the left of your dashboard after you have signed in. If the menu is not displaying, you can try expanding your screen to full size or click on the at the top of the screen to display a pop-up menu. This note is important when viewing the AMS on a phone or other small screen device.


PROCEDURAL NOTE: Virtually all communications with the board should be made using the Requests feature.

The instructions below assume that you are starting from your personal Dashboard. Use the link below to go to your Dashboard.


How to send a Request to the Association.

Using this method ensures that your Request is logged, sent to the appropriate responder, communications are tracked and saved, and a reply is made and documented. The example instructions below describe the basic process. When you see the Request Type* block, simply choose the most appropriate form to match your subject)

  1. Select Requests in the left-hand menu
  2. You will then see a list of the Requests you have submitted in the past
  3. Select the Create New Request button in the top right of the Requests section
  4. Title your request with a short description of your question or concern
  5. Click anywhere in the Type * block
  6. Select the appropriate form from the drop-down menu
  7. If you do not see the top of the blank form, scroll down until you do.
  8. Complete the form and be sure to click on Complete and Create Request at the bottom when you are finished

How to edit your personal information shown in AMS

  1. Go to your personal dashboard
  2. Select Settings in the left-hand menu.
  3. Update the fields that need to be changed, i.e., name spelling, email, phone number. You can also upload a picture of your home or of yourself. Click the Update Owner button to save modifications/additions. NOTE: Do not change your address. If it is incorrect, please submit a general request to the association for correction.
  4. You can also request a new password by scrolling down to the Account & Access section and selecting the Request New Password button.


How to edit your personal information shown in the directory.

  1. Click on Directory in the left-hand menu
  2. Use the slider buttons to show your email, and/or show your phone number. Note: The default settings are name and address is shown. Showing phone numbers and/or email addresses is voluntary, but we encourage all residents to list the contact information that they are comfortable sharing. The directory is password protected and not accessible by non-residents.


How to select the methods used to send me notifications

  1. When on your Dashboard, scroll down until you see the Owners title block and then click on Notifications Preferences on the right
  2. Click on Notifications Preferences. This only takes you to your personal preferences and not every registered owner in your home
  3. Use the slider buttons to select or remove the various types of notifications. Be sure to click Save.


How to pay association dues, Fines, and Fees

NOTE: You can pay using a credit card or by making an ACH payment on the new association management system and receive fast confirmation of payment. You can continue to pay your dues, fees & fines by check using USPS delivery or dropping your payment off in the drop box at the TPC Grill.

  1. Go to your personal dashboard.
  2. If you want a printed copy of your current invoice before paying for your records,

a. Click the Print Invoice button, and then click Invoice.

b. When the invoice displays, click on the Printer icon or press Ctrl & P at the same time to send the invoice to your printer.

c. Close the print window & click the EasyHOA tab. From here you can click

  1. Continue to Payment . Continue step 3.
  2. Click on the Make Payment button and then fill in the Amount to Pay * field
  3. Accept or select the name of the resident making the payment.
  4. Then indicate your payment method of choice and complete the requested account information. NOTE: Online transaction credit card and ACH fees will automatically be calculated and added to your payment amount. The ACH fee is $1.99 and the credit card fee is $35.00 to $50.00 depending on the credit card used.
  5. At the 'Payment Summary' pop-up, click Accept to continue or Cancel to return to the payment window.
  6. Click Pay Now to submit your payment.



How to call the Association and leave a voicemail

The Association phone number is (478) 395-9905. Calls to this number automatically go to voicemail. You may leave a message and a callback number. Note: return calls to you will likely show 478-395-9905 as the number calling. Please add this number to your contacts list and name it The Providence Club Community Association or another name that you will associate with the Association.


How to download the EasyHOA app to your mobile device

  1. If you have an Apple device, go to the App Store and search for EasyHOA
  2. If you have an Android device, go to the Play Store and search for EasyHOA


How to change my email address from the theprovidenceclub_XXXXXX@easyhoa.email address shown on my dashboard.

First of all, the @easyhoa.email address was assigned to you because the system requires each owner to have their own unique email address. If you have not provided the association with your own email address, it automatically created the @easyhoa.email address as a placeholder. If you do not wish to provide your email address, simply ignore the @easyhoa.email address. If you wish to receive emails from the association, you can change your email by doing the following:

  1. Click on Settings at the bottom of the menu on the left
  2. Enter the new email address in the email field
  3. Click Update Owner and then Confirm
