Summer Winds is a premier residential condominium complex on North Carolina's pristine Crystal Coast. It is a 211 unit, ocean front, condominium complex with three private beach accesses. Located in the quaint fishing village of Salter Path/Indian Beach, Summer Winds serves as both a primary or secondary home to many.

Our Condominiums offer a variety of comfortable, two, three and four-bedroom residences, each with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Three oceanfront pools, a kiddy pool and an outdoor hot tub with surrounding sun decks are there for your enjoyment. Three private beach accesses lead to the ocean. A boat storage lot is located on the property for homeowners.
