Save the Date: Next Annual member meeting Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

The annual meeting of the members of the Association shall be held on the second Tuesday of May of each succeeding calendar year. The purpose of the annual meeting will be to elect new board members, and any other matter of business.

The Springbrook Center Owners Association Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday April 23 @ 6pm for an Executive Session to discuss matters of the HOA.

Beginning January 1, 2025 we are partnering with EasyHOA to assist the Board in managing the HOA. Notices will be mailed out the week of January 20th which will detail how to login to the new EasyHOA manage platform to make assessment payments online, view owner account status, submit Architectural Committee Control requests, download Association documents including the bylaws, deed restrictions, collections policy, and fining policy.

The Board appreciates everyones patience while this change is implemented. We understand there have been multiple managment changes and we look forward to this new chapter of management for the HOA.
