Important Owner Update

January 2026

A friendly reminder that association dues are now $600/lot, payable half in February and half in August. The dues adjustment was unanimously approved at our September HOA meeting and included in the meeting minutes. Reminders will be sent in January and July of each year. If you have any questions, please email the board.
